My Love of Music

Music in every form never fails to bring a smile to my face. And I mean every form. every style, every instrument, every place… I am so thankful for all of it. Although I play piano, percussion, and sing, my favorite way to express myself is through my violin (affectionately named Buttercup). My musical background has brought me to involvement in things such as solo competitions, community events, state-wide orchestras, school ensembles, worship bands, weddings, and more. I have had leadership opportunities in leading ensembles and working with kids, and improvising and perfecting my own arrangements is one more unique skill that has made me love music even more! Because my favorite styles include classical crossover, worship, bluegrass, and classical music, I love getting involved in playing for events and platforms of all sorts. I hope my music will bring you the same joy that I’ve experienced on this journey!
